Returns Policy

Once an order has been placed, it will be too late to cancel.  However, it can be returned for a full refund.  Angelina is sure you will be pleased with your selection and the quality of her couture but offers you a 100% guarantee that - if you are not totally happy with a vital aspect of her couture - she offers you an exchange or refund or alteration, subject to the following conditions:

• The returned garments must be accompanied with the original receipt and the returns form  already provided with your couture, stating - your name, postal address, Email address, order number and the reason for the return.
• The returned garments must be in their original condition, unaltered, unworn and unwashed, and in their original packaging.  The garments may be excluded from the general Returns Policy if this has not been the case or if there are any marks upon the garments.

Returns Period

As part of our Returns Policy:

• Angelina asks that any returned garments are returned by you within 14 days from the date of delivery to you, and that you email Angelina on the day that the garments are despatched and providing the postal reference number.
• Angelina aims to process any returned garments to you within 5 days from receipt of your returned garments by her, and delivery to you will depend upon your address.  Angelina will email you on the day of despatch, providing you with the  postal reference number.

Returns Information

As part of our Returns policy:

• If you have requested a refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned garments, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.
• However, please note that any special, customised goods at your original request will not be returnable or refundable.
